1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. Strain using a fine sieve into a glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a fresh chili pepper.
*Coconut syrup:
150 ml Water
100 ml Coconut milk
250 g Sugar
Steps :
1. Bring water to a boil then reduce heat.
2. Add sugar and coconut milk to the pot.
3. Stir to completely dissolve the sugar.
4. Let cool, then pour into a sterilized jar, cover and refrigerate.
