The aging process results in a complex, aromatic sipping gin that finishes like a whisky. A limited number of bottles are produced each year.

Distiller’s notes:
The clean and light elegance of our London Dry Gin takes on lingering oak, smooth vanilla and caramel notes from the barrels. Aging for six months allows the juniper to remain present while the citrus takes on a candied nose and palate. On the finish, there is the familiar bourbon characteristics of nuttiness and spice with a warm finish.
Tasting notes:
Aromas of juniper berries, oak, vanilla and candied citrus peel. Delicious hints of nutmeg, burnt caramel and lemon meringue, dry oak and spice on the finish.
Pairing notes & cocktail suggestion:
Enjoy as an aperitif or digestif, simply on ice or in an elegant cocktail like the Old Fashioned. Can be paired with mushroom risotto or a dessert of crème caramel.
A Nice Encounter: 2 oz Madison Park Barrel-Aged Gin, 0.5 oz Grand Marnier. Stir over ice in an Old Fashioned glass and garnish with an orange wheel.
