TOURS & TASTINGS:
Visit our distillery and learn about our distillation process, sustainability project and the historic site where distilling all began in Montreal!
Relax and enjoy a tasting of our premium Quebec products.
Tours are available by appointment on the following days:
Thursday 1pm – 4pm
Friday 1pm – 4pm
Saturday 11am – 3pm
$35 per person
The tour and tasting lasts one hour and includes a sampling of three select products.
COCKTAIL CLASSES:
Learn to create balanced and delicious cocktails with one of Montreal’s top bartenders. It’s a fun way to learn the basics of mixology with a group of friends or colleagues! These private classes include a tour of the distillery!
Minimum number of people required: 10

GINLAB:
This innovative and educational team building activity is one-of-a-kind in Montreal.
Learn how gin is made in this hands-on distilling lab. Teams are divided into small groups, work with botanicals and mini copper column stills to create a unique gin expression.
Perfect for corporate events, private groups or anyone who wants to join in.
Maximum capacity for GinLab is 12 people. We require a minimum of 6 people in order for the workshop to take place.
$175 per person.
