In an effort to respect the environment, Royalmount Gin is packaged in one of the lightest spirits bottles on the market, weighing 550g. The bottle is sourced from an eco-responsible supplier in Italy. The reduced weight reduces carbon emissions during transport and facilitates handling.
Royalmount gin is named after the mountain called Mount Royal in the heart of Montreal.

Distiller’s notes:
Distilled with a unique blend of 8 botanicals: juniper berries, coriander, orris root, angelica root, cardamom, licorice root, grains of paradise and zests of orange and lemon. The rose petals and cucumbers are distilled separately, then blended to give Royalmount Gin its distinctively enticing aroma and taste.
Tasting notes:
Hints of cucumber, rose, citrus and juniper. On the palate, a touch of refreshing cucumber, followed by delicate floral notes from the rose and piney notes of juniper with a zing of citrus and cracked pepper on the finish.

Pairs well with a salad of couscous, tomato, cucumber, feta, strawberries, fresh basil, EVOO and balsamic vinegar.
The Enchanted Garden G & T: Pour 1.5 oz of Royalmount Gin and .75 oz of pink grapefruit juice into a Collins glass. Top with tonic water and garnish with strips of cucumber and freshly cracked black pepper.
