Elegant, soft and refreshingly different, Pink is classified as a dry gin because there is no added sugar. Using local ingredients, this small batch craft gin has a floral expression that is delicate, crisp and light.

Distiller’s notes:
A delicate and dry gin, distilled with juniper berries, lavender, coriander, elderflower, cubeb berries and grains of paradise. The cubeb berries impart hints of allspice and grains of paradise add peppery notes. A light infusion of hibiscus flowers after distillation is the final touch that gives this contemporary gin it’s rosy hue!
Tasting notes:
Peppery and sweet aromas of piney juniper with soft notes of allspice and elderflower. Delicate flavours of juniper, faint hint of lavender, hibiscus and a zing of freshly cracked pepper on the finish.

Pairing notes & cocktail suggestion:
As an aperitif, Pink gin pairs well with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic Water and a twist of pink grapefruit for a refreshing G&T. A delightful accompaniment to a festive brunch menu or poached halibut with citrus salsa.
Pink Spritz: Muddle ½ teaspoon of sugar, a dash of lime juice and 2 large sliced strawberries until the sugar dissolves. Pour into a glass, add a few ice cubes, 2 oz Madison Park Pink Gin, a splash of club soda and top with prosecco. Garnish with a strawberry and a mint leaf.
