Using the same botanicals as our Madison Park London Dry Gin, Breakfast Gin is distilled with bergamot to give it the sweet and inviting aromas of orange blossom. This premium gin is then infused with a blend of teas to impart a rich, clear amber colour and exquisite aromatics. A modern gin bursting with flavour that is very cocktail friendly!
Aromas of orange blossom, hints of lemongrass, fennel and coriander combine with the aroma of freshly-brewed tea. On the palate, juniper and citrus with the elegant and refreshing qualities of Earl Grey tea and bergamot. A faint burst of cinnamon and pepper on the finish.

Pairing notes & cocktail suggestion:
A very unique dry gin that is aromatic and delicious on it’s own over ice, with a squeeze of lemon, a touch of simple syrup to add sweetness, topped with soda. Pairs well with a brunch menu of eggs benedict with smoked salmon and capers.
The Breakfast 75: 2 oz Madison Park Breakfast Gin, 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice, 0.5 oz simple syrup, top with sparkling wine.
