– 1.5 oz  Madison Park Breakfast Gin

– 1 oz  Pineapple juice

– 0.75 oz  Fresh lime juice

– 0.5 oz  Orgeat syrup *

– 6 Mint leaves

Garnish : Pineapple slice and mint sprig
Glass : Coupe
Steps

1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
2. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. Double strain into a chilled glass.
4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a pineapple slice.

* ORGEAT SYRUP:

250 ml Almond milk
250 g Sugar
1 cup Fresh almonds
1 oz Orange blossom water

Steps :
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
2. Strain into a sterilized jar. Cover and refrigerate.
