– 1.5 oz  Madison Park London Dry Gin

– 0.75 oz  Fresh lemon juice

– 0.50 oz  Rhubarbe syrup Prosyro

– 0.50 oz  Pomegranate juice

– 1 dash Ms Better’s Bitters Mt Fuji Peach

– Tonic water

Garnish: Lemon wedge
Glass: 'Fizz' Highball
Steps

1. Add all ingredients except tonic water into a shaker with ice.
2. Shake for 10 seconds.
3. Fine strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
4. top with tonic water.
5. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
