Sencha Mule

– 1.5 oz  MVodka

– 0.5 oz  Fresh lime juice

– 1 oz  Sencha tea, infused

– 0.5 oz  Simple syrup *

Ginger beer

Garnish : Fresh pear and a mint sprig
Glass : Mug

1. Pour all ingredients in a mug filled with ice, except for the ginger beer.
2. Mix everything with a spoon.
3. Top with ginger beer.
4. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a pieces of fresh pear.

* Simple syrup is equal parts sugar and water. Dissolve sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Strain into a sterilized jar and seal tightly with a lid.
