Hibiscus Collins

– 1.5 oz  Madison Park Pink Dry Gin

– 0.75 oz  Simple syrup *

– 1 oz  Fresh lemon Juice

– 1 oz  Hibiscus tea, infused

– Sparkling water

Garnish : Lemon wedge and sage leaf
Glass : Highball

1- Pour all the ingredients in a shaker, except the sparkling water.
2- Add the ice cubes, then shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3- Filter into a glass filled with ice cubes using a fine strainer.
4- Top with the sparkling water.
5- Garnish with a lemon slice and sage leaf.
