– 0.75 oz Pink grapefruit juice
– 6 Slices of cucumber
– Tonic water
– Black pepper

– 1.5 oz Royalmount Gin
– 0.75 oz Pink grapefruit juice
– 6 Slices of cucumber
– Tonic water
– Black pepper
1. Pour the gin and grapefruit juice in a tall glass filled with ice.
2. Top with tonic water and stir.
3. Garnish with slices of cucumber and freshly cracked black pepper.
