Carefully crafted from the finest ingredients, this 80% corn and 20% rye mash bill has been aged for three years in single-use Bourbon casks. Distilled and bottled at 1769 Distillery in Montreal.

Nose: Rich creamy caramel, sweet toffee, hints of vanilla and dried fruits, delicate veil of sweet oak and spice.
Palate: Toasty wood, brown sugar, caramelized corn, cinnamon spice, rye, buttery on the finish..
Distiller’s note: Rich, rounded and smooth. Sweet aromatics with a hint of spice. A medium-body Canadian Whisky with a
good length on the finish.

Cocktail suggestion:
2 oz 1769 Canadian Whisky
½ oz 1769 Bourbon Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup
2 drops Angostura bitters.
Stir for 10 seconds in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with ice.
Express an orange zest over the cocktail and serve.
