1. Muddle a fresh stick of lemongrass in the bottom of shaker.
2. Add all remaining ingredients with ice into the shaker.
3. Shake for 10 seconds.
4. Fine strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
5. Garnish with a pink grapefruit zest.
